If your zipper is missing a puller, it’s not broken! This is a mandatory Australian Standard for all bean bags sold in Australia. This safety standard ensures that children cannot access the beans inside the bag. You will notice a zipper puller missing from all bean access areas.
In order to open a 'tagless lockable zipper' we recommend you use an everyday house hold paper clip. Bend the end of the paper clip outwards, then slip it through where the zipper tag is normally attached and pull open.
Remember, remove the paper clip when you're done so little fingers can't access the beans!
